The young man was so cool but the managers actually told him offer me large sodas that was half full because the machine was all... out instead of 1 full soda and then to offer me another flavor so after I redirected him that I was not going to take he agreedit was foolish he offered me the drink of my choice and I lifted satisfied. I asked to take the order to the table, they didn't take it, I was waiting several minutes while the employees talked between... them about anything else until I went to ask about my order, which was ready for almost half an hour according to the ticket...The burguer was wrong, the potato COLD. 083022 at 0745 I normally like this place in the morning time fast and easy. But have to.say the last to visted the lady that... working the counter I super un friendly and not helpful at all today was the last time I go thier she mess my order up twice .And her customer service was beyond bad down right terrible. So to day same.lady of color was told by her management to pit ona road guard vest to go out side and delivery a order a drive thru customer had . Not did she not put the vest on but slammedagain the counter and walked out to the car at the slowest pace ever. So since of hurry in her action. When she came back in themanagement ask why she did not were ot she because she dont want to' then proceeded to talk back to the Manger in front ofcustomer in very rude way.i know this is not the 1st time. My question is why don't you put peole up front that do have greatcustomer service and not take the risk of other not comming back and putting a bad comments .
