First time at this establishment, and the customer service was excellent! The food was excellent also!
Have had delivery and store pick up if you are very very very lucky you will get everything you ordered. They get the sandwiches... right but do not add your sides. I?ve ordered from them a dozen times or more perhaps twice they put everything thing in theorder. The store manager was rude( I was not I was a store manager before) she was rude for no reason . However this is ClintonMD And all of the restaurants have the same issue, I?ve lived here 30 years and it?s only gotten worse. Never understood it Read more

Google states this location opens at 10am. As well as the sticker with the hours of operation conveniently located on the... outside of the establishment. After driving 20 mins from my home to this particular Jersey Mike?s, I arrived at 11:01am.However, the door was locked. I noticed 3 employees behind the counter and 1 in particular shook her head as if she wereindicating that they weren?t open. Don?t waste your time trying to patronize this business. Read more
