Super meaty cheesesteak. So much meat that you feel guilty. One of the few places that I can't finish the sandwich. Lunch... special makes the meal a pretty decent deal. Not a premium food but good quality. Read more
I agree with some of the other reviewers that the quality has diminished. I ordered a large DOUBLE pepperoni pizza. When I... got home and opened the box, it looked like a regular amount of pepperoni (if that.) Secondly, it was rubbery. I complainedmostly because of how much extra I paid for double pepperoni and asked for a refund for the difference in price. The employeesaid that this was extra! I was denied any price adjustment. So the staff is rude to start they let me come in and did not acknowledge the fact that I was trying to order. Then my order was... put in and they all disappeared. Wait time was long . Then while waiting the employees (male)(young black male ) started moppingthe floor not saying excuse me ,or acknowledge that my self and two others where in there waiting on our food. Now we trying notto bump into one another or get feet mopped. Finally got my food which is always good no complaints there but customer servicenot there strong suit . I ordered a cheese steak, fries, and a slice of carrot cake. My carrot cake was full of mold! I work in thegovernment with food service/safety...totally unacceptable. There was a CLEAR dot of mold on the top. Mistakes happen but forthis cake to get this moldy, it was there for a while. Whatever happened to FIFO or holding periods.
