My first time having Checkers. I went twice that weekend!
Oh man this has to be the worst checkers ever. 4:30 PM on a Sunday... They have no burgers lol smh. It's a burger joint, how... y'all don't have burgers!? EVERY SINGLE THING WE GOT WAS OVERCOOKED TO ALMOST BURNT. Chicken sandwich, spicy Chicken sandwich,fries. The only good thing was the soda lol smh. They also didn't give us any napkins. Ghetto as hell. Was asked to pull to the side and wait after paying.. Cool, no problem.. 15 minutes later after watching... numerous cars go thru drive thru and pull off with their orders I walked to the window where all the employees inside justlooked at the order window at me, and continued acting like they were working hard. The young lady working was standing aroundmessing with her phone at the prep table and going thru peoples bags with no gloves on checking the orders I guess. It wasn'tuntil other customers that were waiting outside to order started banging on the windows did someone finally come to the orderwindow. Total time.. 30 minutes. The ice cream cone was good the fries hot. My kid had a cheese burger, so I guess all good. I do not eat there but my kid was... hungry and so we grabbed a quick bite. Read more
Not big into writing reviews but this experience was great! I travel for work and am always happy to come across a Checkers. By... far my best experience has been at this location. The people who are working tonight are providing the highest level of servicepossible and with a smile. The food came out so hot it was steaming as the man passed it to me through the window. Glad to seesuch great service is out there. Big thank you to Cashier Kiona and the man who passed me the food with such enthusiasm. Yourservice is appreciated! Read more
The food was good and hot. But the service was very very slow. I walked up to the carry out window and I was the only one in... line. Now my food was made and served to me in a timely matter but they had my Bank card as my payment and I had to wait 15minutes for them to finally run it. I'm not sure what the hold up was as the drive thru was not that busy. And I don'tunderstand why they couldn't have just rang my order up and charged my card. I also saw several employees in the kitchen notwearing mask. Actually I don't think but 1 out of 6 employees I saw actually had a mask on. Actually some others did but theywere on their chin leaving their mouth and nose exposed. I don't think I'll be returning to this location and I'm notrecommending anyone else either. Eat there at your own risk. I hope they get there act together cause that's quite a hefty finefor them not wearing mask in this Covid-19 epidemic. If not cause for them to get shut down. I ran a fast food restaurant and ifI was running that place all those employees would be docked if not fired for blatant disregard for the customer's safety andtheir own safety as well. Read more
2/6 pulled up at drive threw 5 minutes till midnight ordered 2 shakes and a burger, no cars were ahead of me. When I got to the... window, I recieved my order as quick as I paid. The burger was fresh and shakes were great! Read more
