I was serve with a bug in my ice for my water, when I asked for a new water my server was helpful. My father got a glass of... milk, and the cup was overly dirty, again the server was helpful. The server did have to come back to my table twice to bereminded what our order was, but other than that she was amazing considering the situation. My fathers food was not appetizing,his ham was burnt on the bottom, and his eggs were burnt, which I?m not sure how that happened. My pineapple was slimy feeling,so I?m assuming it was not fresh as I was told. When we paid for our food, the manager asked how everything was, so my dad toldhim about the bug in my ice, and the manager was very rude, and said ?would you like to see the receipt for the 15 pounds of icefrom Walmart?? The server even seen the bug, which I didn?t even complain just asked for new water. Then the manager was rude onout from there. As a manager of a restaurant myself, the manager was unprofessional and rude. We will not be back, I would notrecommend. This restaurant is dirty and not worth your money. Read more
I used to really enjoy going here and getting the skillet. Last time I went there. We waited two hours and 45 minutes to get... our food. We had to go and get refills ourselves of the pop. Waitress was nowhere to be found. Seems like everybody else in therestaurant have their food except for our table. I was getting ready to leave. Then they finally brought our food out. Then themanager wouldn?t even give us a discount on the food for making us wait so long. I will never go there again at least inClinton. Read more
The food was good but pretty pricy. It took a while to get our food and there was only a order before us. Nobody else in the... restaurant. The waitresses were friendly and apologized for the wait. We overheard them talking about all they do and what theyget paid an hour and to be honest its a bunch of B.S. They should get paid minimum wage, at least, to have to put up with rudeand obnoxious people. Overall not to bad. Read more
We waited more than an hour and 15 minutes for food for 4 adults and a child. This is my daughters (burnt) kids cheeseburger, we... had to ask for a slice of cheese for it. My mother in law?s order was missing the sauce and we were told the chef would onlyallow two ounces of the sauce to be given to her as a side so she could add the sauce herself. Two of us were finished with ourmeals before my father in law even got his burger. Multiple other parties waited just as long as we did, and several people leftdue to the extreme wait. Our server was very kind and she tried her best, but it?s obvious that poor management is a huge issuehere. We will absolutely not be back. Read more
