Bakery staff not very pleasant. Made cake order wrong on two different occasions. First time I had told the manager and the... bakery employee pretty much ran the show and was yelling and raising her voice which made us all very uncomfortable. Second timeI didn?t even bother contacting a manger will not ever order cake from here again. Also not to mention price went up so notreally a benefit of any sort ordering your cake from Hyvee. Went to Customer service wanted to sign up for rewards. 2 customers were ahead of me at the counter only one employee helping... them. Was standing there about 3 minutes when a employee walked up to make a purchase. The 1st Customer was done the employeebehind the counter went to the other customer who was next then the employee cut in front of me that walked up, went up to thecounter and then another employee walked behind the counter to help that employee. I said I was next the only person toacknowledged me was the Customer. So I said you just lost my business and walked out. I will not shop there. Also I read some ofthe reviews seems they responded more to the positive one then the negative ones. I received an email that said they woul liketo discuss my issue further. I am from out of town and needed a prescription filled. Was told I could use my insurance at HyVee. When I arrived I was... informed only HyVee in Davenport could handle it with my insurance. Luckily for me, Jill saw I was upset so she looked up goodRX for me and took it from 60.00 to 14.00. She did great customer service. She made the whole experience so much better. Thankyou Jill.
