I've been into this store a few times but I personally have never tried tried their frozen delicious cup of expensive... amazingless. The worker was the worker was very hospitable and made sure to acknowledge the fact if this was our 1st time or a100 time period he advised us of it advised us of the app so we could get rewards because this was the twin's birthday and toldus that if we were members then we could have gotten a discount . It was great customer service and a highly recommend this Thislocation.. It's our favorite spot to visit after we have Buffalo Wild Wings hello wild wings. This evening this evening when Itried menchies for the 1st time it was much better than my previous meal over at Buffalo Wild Wings which was a 2 star review sokeep doing what you're doing. Our Ice Cream cake was delicious. However some difficulty with the communication when ordering what I wanted on the cake. When... The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is because the frozen yogurt was so good I forgot to count

i visit menchies quite often and at least 50 % of the time there are problems with the machine's either out of the flavor or not... working, the store in Clifton park smells like a sewer half the time. Oh well it seems ill be heading to sweet frog from nowon. good luck menchies Read more

Walked in and no one was in the store, not even an employee. I made a sundae, waited near the register for someone to come out,... but no one came. Called hello a few times and knocked on the employees only door, still no one. I left my sundae on thecounter and walked out. Don't come here unless you're comfortable stealing ice cream or wasting your time. Read more
