Just got served RAW CHICKEN. Been here a million times over the past ten years or so when we moved to the area. My boyfriend... went again tonight and got the same thing as usual- two classic McChickens, fries, and a coke for each of us. Sat in the neardark watching our show when I look down and see something funny. I shine the light and see RAW CHICKEN in my sandwich. Iimmediately tell my boyfriend and shine the light on his. Nearly his entire sandwich was completely raw and he ate half of it, Iate almost all of mine. We immediately went back and showed the worker the sandwiches and told him we were served raw chicken.The employee proceeded to laugh and say "I knew it, I knew we sent these out" as he took the box with our sandwiches inside thewindow. He explained to us that they were taken off of the grill too early in some weird moments of confusion between theemployees. The manager gave us a refund for both of the sandwiches with no fuss, but the employee laughed again as he offered togive us chicken nuggets or a burger instead. 2nd experience with this particular McDonald's was not as good as the first. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and... eas asked to pull up and wait because they were making it fresh. No problem. I waited about 7 mins and left for home. Oncehome I realized that it was not only cold, but it was just a single quarter pounder in a double box. The staff in the drivethru were nice, but I would appreciate hot food that I actually ordered, especially if I have to wait. Read more

Never really a good idea to eat fast food but occasionally it happens. On my way to pick up my grandson I thought it would be a... treat! Even a four and a half year old was disappointed. I've experienced not so fresh fast food fries before but never have Igotten fries that seemed almost stale! Is that even a thing? It's almost like they were old so to freshen them up they re-friedthem? I'm not sure but there was zero moisture to them. Almost like a non salty potatoe chip stick! And the burger meat wasweird to it kind of was crumbling. I can't explain it. Either way it was a bad choice to stop. I don't stop often but if I dothis is a location I would stop at and never had an experience like this before, so hopefully it was just a bad day for thestaff. Sorry guys for the bad review but the best thing that came from this on the go meal was a burp. Read more

Not a good experience. Walked in at about 1:00 pm to order a burger and fries. Only one person ahead of me, waiting for their... food. No one working the register to take orders. Workers in the back busy filling drive-thru orders and making fries is all Icould see, as the new remodel design blocks the customers view (and also prevents employees from seeing new customers at thecounter). Stood there waiting, woman making fries looked up and saw me, but made no contact. After a minute or two, same womanbrought the other customers food to him, again clearly seeing me standing there, and proceeded to go back to the cooking area.Again, not a word said to me or any kind of communication. Another girl, working the drive-thru also saw me, but also made nocontact, or told anyone else that there was a customer at the counter. Another customer came in, and after a minute wait, beganto use the kiosk to place her order. a few minutes later a third customer came in, saw us standing there and asked if we were inline or just waiting for our food. I replied that I had been there a good 10 minutes and hadn't been served yet, and the othercustomer said her order was in, but hadn't seen anyone come to the counter since she had been there. I left since it was obviousthat walk-in customers meant nothing to them. A key rule to customer service is to at least greet or acknowledge all customers,and if it's busy, at least let them know they will be served as soon as possible. This location has lost me as a customer.Unfortunately, this review wont post without giving a star rating, so I'm forced to give them one star, even though it is notdeserved. Read more
