Kind of rude staff (as you can see from their replies to reviews to), they clearly don?t know how to talk to customers. Long... wait for bubble tea, even though the store was not busy. Asked for light ice and got a lot of ice. The Icy point place next tothem is so much nicer.. better attitude too. Read more
Out of town guests raving about the food this weekend (not the first time this has happened!) prompted me to finally review... Kcaffe. The first time we went to Kcaffe a couple weeks after opening there was a HUGE line for pick-up. The person in front ofus said, ?They?re worth the wait! Best Chinese in CP by far!? They were right. We?ve been loyal customers, since. The food isconsistently high quality (good cuts of meat, bright, fresh vegetables, freshly prepared dishes) and traditional dishes haveunique qualities reflective of the owner?s background. There has never been a mistake with our order and the meals alwaysdelicious. The owner and staff are welcoming and friendly, being able to order online with the option to pay at pick-up isawesome, usually only 10-15min wait when busy, and prices are *very* reasonable given quantity and quality. (Our go-tos: GeneralTso?s and Orange Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, Vegetable Fried Rice, Singapore Noodle, Scallion Pancakes) Read more

This is one of my favorite Chinese take out spots in CP. Still good, but I have noticed the shrimp are a lot smaller now and the... quality of them is not the same. This should be 4 stars. Bring back the better shrimp! Read more
