I almost always come... here to buy breakfast before going to work, the staffs are efficient and friendly. But a new employee gave me a latte thatlooked like someone else had. I ordered an egg and a vegan sausage patty on a bagel, no cheese. Not a difficult order. I received a bagel with some weird... green egg thing on it and looking at my receipt I was charged for an egg and cheese on a bagel. It's not that hard to makebreakfast sandwiches, but apparently it's too much for these workers to comprehend. Go to the other location around the cornerthey don't get orders wrong. Read more

Always consistently good, good price. I can count on excellent caffeinated drinks and excellent donuts. The menu has expanded... and ice cream is excellent too. I don't know what else to say. I don't frequent other fast food restaurants. Read more
My boyfriend and I have been going to this location more since we've moved closer to the area. We have had only positive... experiences so far and the employees have been so friendly and nice. Today I ordered a white hot chocolate but found out theydidn't serve it at this location anymore. The associate at the drive-through was really sweet and adaptive and offered to addpumps of white chocolate flavoring in a regular hot chocolate for me. I accepted and he had me try it first to see my reaction,perhaps to make sure I would like it, which didn't bother me at all and made me smile. (I was careful as he warned me how hot itwas) It did taste good and I was thankful for his kindness! He also switched out a sandwich bread for me (I preferred englishmuffin over croissant). I wish we had chosen to get a receipt so I could properly do a survey and mention the man's name. He wasvery thoughtful. My boyfriend is also happy with this location as they don't make his mocha swirl lattes incorrectly, like someother locations had a habit of doing somehow.
