Well this restaurant tables and the floor should be clean and also the windows should be shade and the doors should have better... locks for protect for the workers so customers could see the changes and you guys should have a bullet proof glass window whereyou order so the workers could be protected and for one drive thru window you guys should have a bullet proof glass drive thruwindow only to protect the workers that work there and you guys should paint this place and make a change. The guy who said that the burgers were sloppily made was right. I ordered 5 impossible without cheese and 5 with. It was on my... way from the university so it was meant to be convenient. I got home, most of the burgers didn’t have anything in them andwere splitting apart they were so dry. I waited over 15 minutes in the store while they were training someone and at the time Iwas diplomatic and calm and said it was okay. I even confirmed the order on several occasions and they still got the orderwrong. I come here all the time but I will never come back here again. I drove all the way from Fair Lawn to this location aftera long day to have them correct the order and ended up eating it there. Also, they added three regular burgers to the order whenI came back to correct the order. ???? Both of the managers were completely incompetent. Don't have white castle in Pennsylvania so after 10 years I decide to stop by here when visited family. Ordered a crave case my... nephew is picky so asked them to change just 6 of the burgers for him and they did. When got it back it wasn't hot as use to be.It could be because it was a cold day and we didn't drive with the heat on. It did taste good though. I like the fries also buta sack of fries is smaller than you'd expect so order a few if have many people eating. Read more
