I'm standing outside of this Carvel location as I'm writing this. It's Saturday night 8pm and this location closes at 10pm. All... my son and I wanted was 2 shakes and the young lady informs me the shake machine is closed. Closed not broken.....on a peakSaturday night 2 hours before close. I also see the other employees of young girls just talking and gossiping in the kitchen.Such a disappointment. My son and I decided to visit Vivis bubble tea that just opened up next door. Went to this location and today and to be honest I was disgusted. At first when I went in I was focused on getting an ice cream... cake. I got a cake with general color white. When I was about to ask for sprinkles to be added, I took a second look when I sawmany flys and mosquitos ON and IN the added extra section. It was disgusting how they were still serving people and did nothingabout it. Yuck. Read more

Great place. The staff is friendly and efficient. Stopped by the other evening with my wife and son. They have many flavors as... well as different types of shakes. They have the flying saucers which are like ice cream sandwiches and of course, their icecream cakes. Read more

Usually they are better but my last visit a day ago was a big disappointment. All but one of my items were made incorrectly and... I noticed they were using the same spoon to dish out multiple topping types mixing them causing a big allergen crosscontamination issue with peanut items and everything else. Read more
