The staff is so nice so this isn't about them! But I cannot believe how expensive it has gotten for smaller portion. Even the... chickens are smaller. The sides used to overfill the container, now your getting an exact scoop and I'm sure management is allover the employees for food costs. Just remember, prices never go down. Ya'll voted for this! Ordered Family meal with 1 extra 1/4 white and signature nuggets...no sauce with the spicy nuggets, not the flavor we ordered... and NO extra 1/4 white with family meal. Too many errors for 1 orders. Read more
Chicken was well cooked rice was good service was good Broccoli and vegetables were good
It was terrible. They had no chicken, no chicken potpies and no ribs. They only had dry turkey and meatloaf. We had to wait for... the sides to be made. They had no straws and no change. Customers who were there said this was not the first time that hashappened. It is a constant occurrence. The food quality was terrible. This is an example of very poor management. This BostonMarket should be closed down. Someone in corporate needs to take a look at this store. It's giving Boston Market a badreputation. Read more
Dirtiest location I have ever been to. Since we walked in, it smelled. The kids were hungry and cranky so we couldn't really... drive somewhere else at that moment. Ordering was a task because the waiter was not understanding me. Finally sat down to eat.Food was not at the usual Boston Market standard. High chairs were nasty so I had my toddler sit on her knees to reach the tablefrom the chair. Upon finishing dinner, I went to the ladies room and seriously felt like a dead body was hidden there somewhere.The stench was so bad that I held my breath and ran out. Then rushed my family out because I was scared one of the little oneswould need to use the restroom. Horrible experience. Shall never return. Read more
Again!.... It used to taste so great but the flavor is gone really down...! Chicken noodles soup use to be delicious but it's... now mainly water and salt...! The service from the ladies there was mediocre at best, asking them for a family meal was such adifficult question to answer for them, the attitude was negative!! If I would have gone to the bathroom before i ordered my food I would have walked right out and called the health department.... Absolutely filthy. My 2 year old gagged from the smell of the restroom- there is mold and grime growing on everything. Food wasbland and looked like it got reheated multiple times and the staff were definitely not happy to be there ether. We will not bereturning. Read more
Hello from "lester Smitty Smith" I had the pleasure of eating it the Boston Market last night which had great service Fresh Food... nice and hot wonderful staff and that's my new spot for now on even though I'm from East Orange New Jersey where there's one intown I'm so disappointed in them Boston Market Corporation that's another story but where I went last night is my new one andit's just wonderful people working there the food is right as I said and service was excellent a must go to it's the one onRoute 46 near Montclair State and I will be again going there signing off "Lester Smitty Smith" where I gave them????????
