Don?t order.. sadly it looks like they changed people because the quality of the pizza has definitely declined. They used to... make good pizza but unfortunately I will not be ordering from there again. They don?t listen to your order, try to rush you offthe phone and deliver subpar pizza. My experience at Ametis Pizza was pretty good the prices are very good and delivery is a little slow but not that bad. The... Chicago deep dish was very good and saucy and a can of Pepsi all this only came to $20 including tip and delivery which is greato would recommend this restaurant for pizza cheap and good. Read more
Very large portion sizes, and affordable price. The Sicilian pizza was delicious. A lot of cheese and a perfectly done crust.... The sauce and cheese ratio was perfect. I was a little upset they messed up my order though. I ordered a cheese quesadilla.They sent a chicken one. I can't eat the meat, but my coworker enjoyed it. It was very large and overflowing with cheese andchicken. Generous portion of sauce and sour cream on the side. Food arrived quickly. Overall, not bad. I moved to Clifton 3yrs ago from Hoboken (Go Bennys Pizzeria!) and haven't found a good pizzeria. I went to 8 pizza places In... town and found 1 Brunos which has the best Sicilian but the regular pie is not good until today. I tried the garlic knot slidersand It was fantastic one had meatball and the other had chicken vodka! The regular slice was good not salty and the margaritaslice was great. I think i final found a good pizzeria in this town. Read more
What more can I say about Ameti's Pizza in Clifton. Let's start with 5 stars don't do this place justice. From the great... food, the courteous staff, and to the personal touch of the owner always making sure his customers are treated like family. Myfamily and I went in for a few sandwiches and seeing that we were together, they made a suggestion to do a buffet style platterwhich we LOVED! Attention to detail!! The quality of the food also could not be overstated. Whether it was the Buffalo Chickenor the Chicken Cheesesteak, your mouth just salivates craves more. I couldn't say enough good things about this place! I'mhooked for life. Can't wait to go again to try their Deep Dish pizza that they are apparently Known for. This is a "must-see"when visiting North Jersey. Read more
The owner of Ameti?s is fantastic. I have been ordering from here for years, almost always on a weekly basis as my young kids... love the pizza so it is our go to pizza night place. The extremely rare occassion of an issue, the owner personally resolved itin a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Despite being a typically picky person, I was impressed.
