The food is ok, I like to visit because of the milkshakes and onion rings. Everytime I go there is some issue whether it be... mistakes with my order, even when I use the app, or just waiting forever for my food. And it's been cold before when they'vefinally brought it out. I like this place cause they do rocking blast. Tonight was a joke!!! 5 cars lined up, I. OK with that I ordered a sonic blast... and popcorn chicken. Not a particularly hard order right. The sandwiches were good the tots were a little old the drinks were good Oreo cheesecake Master Shake yes please. Overall... accountability saved this order before I even took a bite the manager told me she was sorry that it wasn't up to par and that'sall it really takes is accountability. My husband placed an order to go and once he arrived home we realized that all 3 of our meals were missing fries. We checked the... receipt and we were in fact charged 3 meals so we called the restaurant to inform them of their mistake. The lady who answered,Kirstie, asked us to go back so we can pick up our missing fries, we told her the drive was some ways out and not worth it atthe moment so we asked for some sort of credit, and in a rude tone Kirstie said she couldn't do anything unless we were to driveback at that moment. Service was deplorable we waited in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes to get 2 corn dogs, we also had to wait at the... window for more than 10 minutes while multiple people behind us received their food and drove away. It was a complete waste oftime and incredibly frustrating. Read more
