Horribly slow to get orders out. 7 cars in front of us at the take out window when we got there.....7 cars still there when we... decided to go inside and order and that took about 10 minutes too. Staff is SLOW, not friendly, or welcoming. One of theworkers was busy texting while working (and I use that term loosely!). We love Wendy's, but that place will drive an honestworking person that has things to do crazy! Read more
Customer service was horrible and the time it took to get waited on was even worse. We arrived at 11:10am. Placed our order... finally at 11:25am. (Mind you there was 1 couple ahead of us who had already ordered and one in the drive thru who had alreadyordered) Once our order was placed it took another 15 minutes to get our order. Our sandwiches were cold and the associatesfelt the need to sit around and talk instead of waiting on customers. Read more
2nd visit here and same experience . No one working the front counter. Drive thru and kitchen being worked but front counter... ignored. No one to take my order. :-( Read more

I used to think the Clewiston Dunkin Donuts had the worst service in town. Wendy's, congrats on setting the bar even lower! It... really doesn't matter what time of the day or day of the week..it's always slow and the customer service is abysmal. Read more
