This goes out to the owner... you need better employees. Was just there and walked out because the girl you have working had an... attitude and was cursing at the customer. If they can't handle being busy and having to attend customers they should findanother job. You are losing customers. Had a lady complain she had been waiting for her order for an hour and asked for hermoney back. You will be losing customers with poor service like that. Read more
The place was actually clean for top to bottom and I enjoyed the employees as I waited for my food the manager was very helpful... and concerned about the customers and the food wait time my food was fresh and we'll cooked and I would recommend this littlecaesars to my friend and family and anybody else ....if you haven't been , then what are you waiting for...!! Although the service at the front desk was acceptable, the order took 20 minutes to be prepared, it was just a cheese pizza,... wings, and crazy bread. After all the wait and hunger we opened the pizza box to find hair stuck in the cheese of the pizza. Asfor the crazy bread, it was not crazy bread. It was compressed almost to look like crackers, they were burnt, crunchy and notenjoyable, as well as lacking in the garlic sauce. The wings were stale and the chicken was not all the way cooked. Overall myexperience was horrible and we should?ve eaten at any other restaurant in the area. Read more
The absolute very worst Little Caesars on the planet... Everyone in the store has the i don't want to work face and attitude. I... don't thing they are even capable of a smile... The order was 2 orders if chicken wings and cheese bread that took 25mins tomake and hand to me. Ordered 3 ???? ???? ????. It took about 15 minutes to receive them. I was offered a free soda because they said they messed up... one of the pizzas. They were very friendly. Thank you. Wanted to edit this review... We've been here 3 times after our firstvisit and each and every time, the service has been terrible, they burnt our pizza, given the wrong pizza, and last they toldus they turned their ovens off an hour before close. Worst customer service. Not worth it. The blond that works there (of course no name tag) literally gave my order away in front... of me. Of course after I paid. Of course she couldn't apologize. Biggest condescending smile & disrespect as she admitted notlistening to the other employees and giving away my food. Plain rude. Continued to provoke a disagreement with her joking howshe gave away my food. I only waited an hour to feed my kids cold pizza because of her failure. God forbid she apologize. Go toDomino's.
