I didn?t have the opportunity to order before I left. Staff and another customer mistakenly believed my order was ready, and... when I demanded the customer take her hand off of my arm, everyone behind the counter broke into giggles and whispers. A simplemisunderstanding retailed into a group of strangers trying to bully me. I ended up picking up a snack and a small cafe down thestreet. Read more
The place has definitely gotten better in the last year. It used to be hit or miss.. the service.. the coffee.. it used to be... nice one day and crazy employees the next day. We would order some coffee with no sugar, and it would come out exactly like theextra sugar ones we order. Not anymore. I stop by like twice a week; it has definitely changed for the better. The staff is niceand hardworking. The place is clean and the food is good. Thankful for changes.. good work team! Read more
This place is a 0/10 not only do they waste your time by getting your order wrong every single time the employees (management in... particular) is quite underwhelming as well. The ?hiring? manager, told my younger sibling to come in for an interview today(just yesterday I may add) only for him to get there and for her to say they aren?t currently hiring. Unprofessional andunacceptable!!! According to indeed and her just yesterday they were. I?m afraid he didn?t fit the stereotype to work there itappears as if this little lady only hires people that look like her. Sad. They made the Ice Coffee just right. That in & of itself seems to be a task at many locations. The food - two sandwiches were... good but not hot. This location is clean. Nice place to eat in or outside. If ever in the area again we would definitely stop inagain. This was a road trip on the way to Miami. Read more
I use mobile ordering to save time, every time I order a food item, it is either old or burnt. The bathrooms are almost always... out of service, with no other place for the employees to use the bathroom. The lobby is always filthy. This establishment needsto be inspected by an exterior company. The coffee is ok sometimes, if you order anything but iced it will be cold and weak. Read more
Not happy with that fact , I was told they did not accept credit cards. As I walked in and asked for a coffee I was told I... needed to pay in cash. This was told to me at time of payment ONLY CASH ???? to my surprised they had a sign that read cashor DD cards no credit. I was paying with a debit card. The employee was rude and when I asked why only cash, she basically told me the credit card machine was broken. NOT WHAT THE SIGN READ. I was not the only one with this issue. This Dunkin was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The young gentlemen working when we visited were friendly, although quiet.... They did make a very good cup of coffee and the breakfast sandwich was okay. Read more
