This place is such a gem. They have a nice and knowledgeable staff and (of course) an excellent selection of wine and beer,... including some local favorites (like M Cellars!). It's a fun and laid-back spot to hang out with a glass of wine and deliciouscharcuterie board. Read more
The Wine Spot in Cleveland Heights has not only a fantastic selection of local and regional beers and incredible wines from all... over the globe - they have an equally fantastic and friendly knowledgeable team of caring associates on staff. I've learned somuch over the last few years by simply chatting with the crew about their own favorite selections. As a beer drinker, I'm oftenfearful of my own misconceptions that make wine appear pretentious or out of my reach, and the lovely folks at Wine Spot alwaysprove otherwise. They know so much about what goes into the product they sell because they enjoy it themselves and care aboutquality and community. From cocktails to craft beers, back to wine and spirits, they have it all, and they deliver it withgenuine care and excitement. We couldn't be luckier to have them in our neighborhood. Cheers! My sister suggested we try this spot for a low key drink before the cleveland orchestra Christmas concert because they are... located not far from severance hall. It was wonderful, very relaxed atmosphere with bar and couch seating and this cheese plate???? the guy who was making it asked about our cheese preferences and seemed genuinely excited to be putting the board together,it was superb.
