My apologies in advance for the lengthy review? I went into this cedar hill location this past Saturday morning and ordered... three bagel sandwiches and 3 bagels (two of which were single egg breakfast sandwiches). The young women who prepared my orderwas very kind and thorough. She took her time, asked if I wanted one egg or two, then repeated the order back to me for clarity.I appreciated her diligence. She ushered me to the cashiers station where I was rung out by Heather, who when asked her nameboastfully provided it followed by her designation in the store; general manager. To say that she was rude would be anunderstatement. She barked demands at me to know what I?d ordered, all the way down to the type of bagel I?d ordered for eachsandwich. Albeit unpleasant, it was nothing I wanted to mince words over, so I repeated back the order that I?d just placed,paid for it, and stepped aside to allow the next customer to be rung out. I noticed a far more pleasant disposition she?d takenwith the next customer, she asked him, if he ordered two eggs or one on his breakfast bagel. He responded one and she rang himout and he was on his way. Still waiting on my order and now curious as to why I was not met with the same inquiry, I asked fora receipt. Heather was aware of my thought process before I was ever able to review my receipt and request a revision. Sheprints and slaps the receipt down on the table and follows up by saying, you ordered two egg sandwiches, did you order one eggor two egg. I responded one egg. She rebuttal as if to elude to some wrongdoing on my part, well those are two egg but I?llrefund you. She then slaps two dollar bills onto the counter as she turns to shuffle down the back line. I came in ordered 2 bagels. This is usually my favorite place, but I order it via Doordash. I ordered a Western style w/ turkey... sausage. There was bacon on the sandwich!!! I called for over 3 hours with no one answering. I just wanted them to put my nameon the list for another day! Read more
Bruegger's is a reliable chain with good quality food and usually pretty quick service, and this location didn't disappoint.... Only complaint is parking can be very limited during busy hours Read more

Breakfast is my go to meal, and Bruegger's Bagel is where I often go. Today was a great experience as usual. Great customer... service. Denise was the best! Picked up a dozen of those delicious bagels with cream cheese. Also had my favorite Farmhouse with2 eggs and a cup of hazelnut java. Read more
First time having time their breakfast and I have to say my sandwich was actually good. I went basic and got the sausage and one... egg on a asiago bagel. The bagel wasn?t hitting like i expected, I feel like it should have been more flavorful. I wish I wouldhave read about the hash brown before i brought it because I would have never purchased it. I didn?t understand it nor liked it.I thought I was getting hash rounds like burger or something but instead it was like a chunk of unpleasant tbh. I stopped by to get a quick bite. Their bagels are really good and they have a lot of vegetarian options. So, this place is... vegetarian friendly too. Their service was fast and good. You can make use of their wifi if you wish to stay connected to theinternet while having a bite. Read more
I have enjoyed the Leonardo da Veggie bagel sandwich here for years, but today, something was really wrong. There were all... these fibers in the sandwich. It seemed like some kind of cloth got shredded into either the cream cheese or the bagel itself-- I couldn't tell which. I had already eaten about half of the sandwich when I noticed. I pulled out a pretty big piece fromthe second half of the sandwich. Then I almost threw up. I threw the rest of the sandwich away. I'm not sure what the heckthose fibers were, or how they got in my sandwich. Hopefully I will just excrete whatever fibers I may have swallowed, but thiswhole experience definitely killed my appetite for Bruegger's Bagels. Read more
