If I could give 0 I would. Food is cold and over cooked chicken. Sauces I received were incorrect that what was ordered and paid... extra for. The sauces I received were stickers packaged yesterday and to be used by 10:25 am today. It?s 4pm. I took them backto the counter to get the correct sauces and told them these all are expired. Members start going through the sauces and peeledoff all the stickers and still served the sauces to customers. One being the other person I was with. I do have pictures. Crewmembers were very incompetent. While dining inside I could audibly her someone from the back kitchen area yell ?fuck? veryloudly that the customers could easily hear her. Terrible time understanding the man taking orders. No matter how many times I answered his questions, he would ask again. Floors... looked in need of sweeping. Food was very cool,almost cold. This used to be my favorite place,doubt I'll come back!!! Read more

They literally left the chicken out of the order of chicken. I was talking about how mistakes happen and it's no big deal with... the cashier and she said sometimes it's better not to get what you ordered and just be happy you got anything. Have the Russiansalready taken over? I really feel sorry for the owner of this location. I mean you spend a couple of million dollars on buildingequipment and property and the minimum wage staff that you hire are going to cost you everything. Absolutely horrible! Served us open sauce packets that had perfect slices in the top of each one. Huge health and safety... violation! On top of that, the boneless wings had no sauce, and then the extra sauces that we asked for we?re not in the bag noranch for the fried pickles no ranch for the wing meals either! Spoke with Cheyenne one of the managers on duty and also shecontacted Jennifer the general manager and they offered to give us more food that is considerably unsafe being that they serveyou open food that has been tampered with And I don?t mean packets that we?re just dumped around. These packets wereintentionally sliced open each and everyone and we were simply trying to feed our five children. Do not eat at this store. It isunsafe and unhealthy. The health department will be contacted and so will the Better Business Bureau. All I can say, is thisdoor better be on their peas and cues when the health inspection comes. When you pay $80 for dinner from Zaxby?s you shoulddefinitely get what you paid for not old, dried out food with open sauce packets. I am livid and I will carry this farther. Read more
