Food was good, but they are understaffed there was a mix up in the order, but they did a good job getting the correct food and... change back. I think they really need more employees. The owners or management really need to step it up. These youngindividuals should not be left to run an entire business by themselves with no help. These poor kids were beyond stressed. Read more

Tried to go eat here a few times. Can?t go inside so each time we left for something else. Why does a practically brand new... Wendy?s not have dine in? If you managed to get your entire order in the bag, you're already ahead of most of us. Make sure sauce and straws are at home,... because they're never in the bag. Actually do yourself a favor and drive to the Wendys off 25th street. I've had nothing butconsistent issues from this one. Read more
in the passed since this store has been open the food was ok, but today I got $27.71 worth of food, for a great group of... people,they had to throw it all away, maybe they are short handed, the store did not seem busy, hopefully the next time you do abetter job. No dine in yet. Read more
The worst. After waiting in drive thru for over 20 mins the fries were cold and and I was missing a sandwich. The door was... locked so you can't go in to tell them. I had to knock on drive thru window,I told them I didn't get my sandwich,they then haveme the wrong sandwich...so I left the food in the drive thru window and went elsewhere. The people working there are rude andincompetent. I have never had a good experience here. Read more
I usually love Wendy's but this location has a problem. No quality control what-so-ever. The children working there seemed to... run the place and mouthed off at me when I asked why the SW Avocado salad I got had no Avocado at all. None of my orders werefilled correctly. It seems the youth of this nation knows that if they do poorly they will have to work less. Someone teach themdifferent. Read more
The customer service at this Wendy?s is always terrible. I?ve been there a few times in the last couple of months and it?s... consistently a problem.
