Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes, when I finally moved up to order up to ordrr, the order box light shut off and no one ever... announced or said a word. At least 7 cars behind me. Got the feed you crew pack, A, and the bourbon bacon burger combo. They left out my bourbon burger and one of the Davey cheese... burgers, and the one cheeseburger they put in the bag had no cheese. It wasn't even busy. Read more
Went through the drive thru. Ordered a pub pretzel sandwich. Went around to pay. After they took my payment they told me they... were out of the pub pretzel buns, which was the whole point of me getting the sandwich in the first place. They just told methey put it on a regular bun. I was never asked if i wanted to change my order, which i would have done, or anything. Just gaveit to me that way. Very unprofessional in ky opinion. So went to this restaurant about 9:45 pm and went to the drive thru and was greet with some immature person playing Very... explicit music through the speaker and my young daughter was in the car. I pulled up to the window and was greeted poorly bysomeone who thought it was funny and she was very rude. This morning im calling Corporate because this is totally unacceptableand I may sue because my daughter is still asking me why people are so mean and why do people make such mean songs about women?.This restaurant needs new management? At 7:30pm tonight, I walked into 1010 Paul Huff Parkway; Cleveland, TN. After waiting several minutes at the counter, a worker... yelled ?you can?t be in here!? I said ?the door was open and there is not a sign?. She yelled again. First, I understand aboutstaff shortages and supply chain issues. If that is the case- lock the door and put a sign up. Do not yell at patrons and actlike they are idiots. I prefer my Frosty with a side of kindness, not craziness. We went to the Wendy?s at 25th Street andreceived the service we deserved. Read more
So I'm just curious. I've tried to eat here several times and the in the dining room is never open. Are you tired of seeing... customers pull into your parking lot just to turn around and leave because we don't want to sit there and eat in our cars? Read more
Valerie's robotic voice is quite annoying. But the food is fabulous the dining room is great. I can go around the wall to sit... away from the front counter noise.
