I used to love Wendy?s quality food. We went to this Wendy?s to get 2 frostys after church. When we got to the speaker to make... our order, a man said; ?we are doing a shift change so the restraunt will be closed for another 15 minutes?. Who does this? What(if any) company does this? Very disappointing in the Wendy?s franchise. We left, cause we?re not waiting 15mins in the drivethrough for 2 frostys. Update: I just tried to contact corporate office. I want them to be aware of what?s happening all overeast Tenn so they can fix it. If you try to send an email it says your email is ?the wrong format?. If you try to put your phoneno. in says the same. So no way to contact corporate online. So I called?after an eternal hold I gave up. They must beoverwhelmed by complaints. Stoped In late on a Saturday night with a rather large order which typically upsets most fast food restaurants. This time the... staff was extremely friendly and even made sure to make us fresh chicken nuggets (without us asking). Stopped in for my wife a quick meal. Was hot and fresh didn't wait long. Best experience I've had at this location.
The lobby is closed still to this day only 1 other car in drive thru and I was told if have to wait 15 mins to place my order I... know for a fact through my aunt who used to work there til a week ago they close regularly to take smoke breaks not " shiftchange" as they like to call it. Worst Wendy's in Cleveland TN. I have been there twice in seven months couldn't get served first time because employees closed... the restaurant at 5pm. The menu outside was still on the lunch and dinner menu, assuming from the night before, so I asked what is all on the breakfast... menu and the guy came out there and swapped it around for me.. Bad experience, I?m usually very understanding but they had no manners. Was in line for 30 minutes, The Lady in the window was... rude and had no clue what I ordered, then did not receive my full order, tried to go inside and dining room is closed. I wastold I had to sit in line again to get the rest of my order. When I got to the window I had to argue just to get what they leftout. Horrible customer service would not waste my time to go back. Did not get order correct after 3 tries. Ask for fresh fried fries. Don't happen then lady coped attitude when ask for fresh... ones then burger was cold and not made as ordered. When little fellow said he personally make it over. I showed him what theygive me and ask him would he want to eat that and his reply was not at all. Well time he remade it he left off the mustard so Iended up eating a dry burger with nothing but meat cheese and pickle. I only originally ordered cheese burger with mustardpickle onion tomato. How hard is that. Well I have permanently removed that place from me dining again.
