We were on our lunch and they were quick to get us our food and it was so good
Well, we left a fully packed Waffle House that was 1.7 miles away because we didn't want to wait and ended up in this waffle... house and it was a major mistake. First, it took 12 minutes for anyone to notice us in a "not full" restaurant. Then aftersitting down, it took a while to get drinks. The tables weren't cleaned off. The only fast person was a server who was the onlyminority. The bacon was burned, the coffee tasted burned too, one side of the waffle was crispy and the other side was not fullydone. The cook moves so slow. The waffle maker was so dirty. We ended up putting away our own menus and getting our own forksfrom the tray cart. I learned something today. If the place is packed and there's a line outside, stay there, it will be worthmy wait. Waffle House, please observe the night shift manager. Read more
I'm being extremely generous by giving 2 stars and that's my empathy for the servers. The core of a Waffle House is the cook.... This woman was horrible on so many levels. She was miserable, and misery loves company. You could literally cut the negativitywith a spoon. She definitely did not want to be there, she was so slow, multitasking was out of the question. What can I say they reduced the menu to breakfast mainly,no mo pork chops,steak,salads,or any of the good stuff we used to get.... Take your chance you might get a waitress that actually smiles Read more
Went to this location for takeout with my Mother. We are not from the area and noticed right away that this was a great... location. Staff were very friendly and professional. Place was packed so we knew the food was going to be good. Cooks did agreat job with our order. Normally, the locations in our own city are hit or miss, but this one definitely is worth mentioning.If you are in the Cleveland area, you should stop by. Read more
We stopped in for a late breakfast when we found out that our hotel's "free breakfast" was cereal bars and orange juice. They... were expecting a crowd because it was full behind the counter but everyone was pleasant, smiling, and having a good time. Excellent service from Will and the food was great. The store was disgusting and the other servers were exceptionally rude for... no reason. We weren't even their table and they seemed to go above and beyond to be rude to us. Which is unheard of especiallysince it was 10:30pm & they had practically just started the shift. Even went as far as to talk about us to another table in therestaurant right in front of us. Unprofessional, embarrassing and enough to make me say that I wil not be going to this locationagain.
