(Traveling from out of town but love and eat at waffle house all the time) This was the my worst 1st experience in all the years... I've been eating waffle house. Arrived to every table dirty and not greeted, we sat down anyways. Table was never cleaned..food to order was completely wrong (Hair in eggs, flat waffle, bacon crisper than chips ect..) never got refill on drinks.. andreceived our food before our drinks to which I had to ask.. I do give credit for them attempting to remake order and our serverskindness but after a long day being in town under unexpecting circumstances this wasn't the experience I had wish to experience. We have eaten there many times for comfort food and loved it. It has all changed. We had dinner there last night at 745 . Only... one other table taken. Food was raw and came at all different times, had to beg a surly waitress for everything. We will neverbe back there and are telling everyone to steer clear of the Waffle House on Asbury Drive , Cleveland. We are great tippers btw.The waitress couldn't be bothered for cream, toast that we ordered, and other items. Terrible experience!!! Read more
We were the only customers in Waffle House at approximately 2pm. Received sorry silverware which was replaced. My husbands drink... had black stuff stuck inside cup. Waitress rolled here eyes when we requested a clean cup. No refills EVER. Our meal was veryexpensive yet my bacon was burnt and my over medium eggs were very well done. We never received a ticket and had to go standand wait for her to ring us up which took quite a while. Worse Waffle House experience ever and this is our favorite quickeatery when we travel. Love Waffle House... hated this experience. Food took forever, wasn't complete, and place was dirty. Took over an hour for three... of us to get a meal eaten- and that was with us TRYING to get out quick and get back on the road. Made our arrival in Atlanta abit later than expected. Ah well... will try a different exit next time! Read more
Night shift female cook is awesome, the guy cook hasn?t gotten my eggs right yet. Can?t say much about the servers because... they?re usually outside smoking when I come in after work and when they show up they don?t say much. Overall I think this is agood place for breakfast after a long night shift. Thankful it?s always open. Read more

One worker didn't move from her spot the whole thirty minutes me and my friend was there. She was barking orders at the other... waitress. The mens bathroom stayed occupied the whole time,( by the only other person that I thought was a customer)was anemployee. After my waitress got my order put in wrong she brought our drinks but no napkins, condiments or even silverware. Mycoffee was gone before my meal arrived half cold and wrong. Still no silverware or anything. Me and my friend was the onlycustomers there. We was totally ignored. Had to ask for silverware and all we needed. The cook had to bring it,but he took histime because he had to stand and talk to a coworker that was doing nothing. The worker had just came out of the potty roomafter all that time. I would of just got up and left my food just sitting if it hadn't been the fact that I had an hour driveto get home. I was very hungry and still didnt get a refill on my drink before left. That waffle House was the sorriest place Ihave ever eaten in my life. ONLY GAVE THE ONE STAR TO SAY WHAT I WANTED. The need get new employees. Read more
