Tonight was my first night going there. I sat at the bar. I ordered the burger. It was good you can definitely tell it was made... to chefs choice. The bar service was atrocious. I counted 8 people behind the bar at one point all conversating and my drink wasempty for 30 minutes. Will I go back? Yes. I'll try the table service and see if it's any better. Easily the best restaurant in the Chattanooga area. The Cleveland hot chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce tasted like... something from Arthurian legend, with the pickles on top it was an excellent start to the meal. Our drinks tasted like tearsfalling from the eyes of a father on his daughters wedding day. The Pasta was like a wine buzz and making love in a grassyvalley of the foothills of Sicily. Best restaurant in Cleveland. Had the watermelon and prosciutto appetizer tonight, it was delightful. Light and delicious! Also... order the red snapper special and it was absolutely phenomenal. If you haven’t eaten at True, you’re missing out. The food is simply amazing. It’s always fresh (from local farms) and... absolutely delicious. From the apps to the desserts, you cannot order a bad dish. What makes it our absolute favorite place toeat is not only the food but the service!! We request Kayla every single time we go. She is always attentive, remembers ourfavorites, and treats us like family! You can have great food but if the service is lacking it can ruin the whole experience.Kayla always gets 5 STARS from us! The best restaurant in the Chattanooga DMA! A rich, cozy, lovely aesthetic. Great food, great drinks, great dessert (always... fresh, correct temperature, prepared to liking and specifications). The service has always been excellent as well. They alsosupport local businesses. I recommend this to friends and family outside of Cleveland all the time. Read more
What an awesome experience! After driving around Cleveland’s Christmas Parade for about an hour, we enjoyed a truly wonderful... experience at True. The food was tremendous. We had the salmon and filet. But the food was equally matched by the wonderfulstaff. Kayla, Courtney, Tanner & Taylor gave us unparalleled attention as we enjoyed, not only the menu drinks, but some oftheir unique concoctions. Would definitely recommend a stop here as you travel I -75. Read more
Found this place passing thru on our way home from NC. Bless this place for their incredibly farm fresh ingredients - had to... roll us out of there. Laura was amazingly attentive. Only complaint is that the spoon needed to be jumbo for the amazing holidaybanana split ????. Brussels sprouts, beet salad and coffee were to die for. We had filet and seafood pasta. Thank you! A local gem. Great food, staff and atmosphere. Stopped in for drinks and appetizers after work. Baked ricotta and wood... fired pizza were outstanding. On Friday's there is live music on the patio. Read more
