Tonight was my first night going there. I sat at the bar. I ordered the burger. It was good you can definitely tell it was made... to chefs choice. The bar service was atrocious. I counted 8 people behind the bar at one point all conversating and my drink wasempty for 30 minutes. Will I go back? Yes. I'll try the table service and see if it's any better. Easily the best restaurant in the Chattanooga area. The Cleveland hot chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce tasted like... something from Arthurian legend, with the pickles on top it was an excellent start to the meal. Our drinks tasted like tearsfalling from the eyes of a father on his daughters wedding day. The Pasta was like a wine buzz and making love in a grassyvalley of the foothills of Sicily. If you haven’t eaten at True, you’re missing out. The food is simply amazing. It’s always fresh (from local farms) and... absolutely delicious. From the apps to the desserts, you cannot order a bad dish. What makes it our absolute favorite place toeat is not only the food but the service!! We request Kayla every single time we go. She is always attentive, remembers ourfavorites, and treats us like family! You can have great food but if the service is lacking it can ruin the whole experience.Kayla always gets 5 STARS from us!
