I purchased a double chicken spicy burrito and asked the employee why is it so tiny? He said that they had run out, out of the... 12 inch. So they had to use the 10 inch, but he mentioned that all the stuff was in there as a 12 inch. I?m sorry but you guysare reaping people off bottom line. You should give a discount because we are not getting what we paid for. Also look at theamount of fries I received, this is the last time I?ll be in this particular Taco Bell NO WONDER WHY your ratings are solow. PS: MGMT and CORPORATE if you care, you would do something about this. Retrain your staff including managers and assistantmanagers. I'm giving 5 stars because of the older gentleman that took our order (Carlos, I think) He was the sweetest man and kept the... dining area cleaner than I've ever seen at this location. You could tell he took great pride in his work. He deserves a raise.I hope the younger generation working there takes notes on how to do their job. Read more
Ordering taco bell has been a hit and miss experience in the past. I don't know if it's the management or the staff but this... location has really got it together. No complaints! We actually got everything in the bags! Nothing was left out! The food wasgood too. Hot and well prepared. (You can tell when an item has just been carelessly thrown together) everything was better thansatisfactory! Next time we have a hankerin' for TB we will be coming back here for sure! Read more
Had a very disappointing experience with the ladies at the drive through window who got frustrated because they could not... understand what I was ordering and said out loud in front of my family and me that I was there arguing with her. Some people arejust not cut out to work with customers nor are capable of providing exceptional customer service. Read more

Took a bit in line with only two or three cars ahead, but very polite, we ordered two five layer burrito with no beans , she had... asked us no meat? Or no beans? Be said no beans please , and repeated it again and said ok two five layers with no beans , and achicken quesadilla, and a root beer no ice please, we bite into the five layer, and ????nasty ! Max max filled with nothing butBEANS I barely had a bit of meat, my husbands was the exactly same. ??????? neither ate them. They were nasty as could be.Please read the screens, especially if it?s being repeated to , not having something inside of or on an order, so many haveallergies to so much, and if they ask for something to not be on or in their food and they ingested it not knowing, then what???????????????? thank goodness that my husband and myself don?t have that kind of allergy, but some do.
