If you order in the app they don?t make your sandwich right. I ordered a beef mode sandwich which comes with roast beef, pepper... Jack cheese and bacon. They gave me a chicken sandwich with no bacon and no cheese with very little meat. Read more
This has always been my go to sandwich shop on Paulhuff. But the crew at night are rude, dirty, inconsiderate at times telling... me to go to the other store. But the manager Tony and the girl on day shift are so nice, friendly and professional. Bout afterSaturday night and Sunday afternoon I'll never be back. I've been to this subway and always had a great experience. Today was not that day! Young adults w/ no management or supervision... that are new to this space do not create a good customer experience. The girl overcharged me, was throwing the food in bigpiles, no gloves, sneezing on food, touching a register and then food. Not to mention her little exasperated noises sheconstantly made...Terrible service! Read more
