At first I was excited to see new menu items, however, after placing my orders for 3 of the new sandwiches, I was informed the... policy is no substitutions or add ons allowed. As I looked around the store I saw absolutely nothing that would have informed meof said policy before ordering. This is terrible customer service! The only reason I did not refuse the food already preparedwas because I am a staunch believer in NOT throwing away food. And the lady who was finishing the order also informed me ?thispolicy has no loopholes? However, the Turkey Cali Club I ordered specifically came with ?sliced avocado? which the waitressalmost forgot and it was avocado from a squeeze bottle, not sliced. The moral of the story is the store can providesubstitutions but the customer cannot. So I am informing you of my policy, which is to not spend my hard earned money at anySubway and my policy, unlike yours, is very publicly posted. There are far too many sub shops available who will cater tospecific tastes and therefore it will be easy to avoid Subways. Read more
The veggies looked sick the lettuce was pink and brown could make someone sick ! My husband sub was very skimpy with the meat... !!! Wouldn't recommend this store if the health dept come in they would be in trouble definitely Read more
None of the subways in town are anything superb, this one is by far the worst. Never going here again.
i Just left the store trying to get two footlongs with my husband. we come to this specific subway (usually a bit later in the... day when the older woman we like is working) every time we want subway. today, the girl doing the initial sandwich making wassuper attentive and was wearing gloves and toasted our sandwiches exactly like we wanted. and then it came to the guy on theline finishing the sandwiches, who was extremely negative for no reason, did not wash his hands (which i could see were notclean under his first pair of gloves for a different customer), and had a horrible attitude. he went to our sandiwches, putgloves on and ripped them, then tried again and ripped them and i said he ripped them again, which he ignored, so i said i didntwant anything else, so he took his gloves off and started like? throwing a fit? it was weird and totally uncalled for, so weleft. might not come back to the subway again, but will absolutely never come in while he is working. i have worked in foodservice for YEARS and i have never thrown a fit over not contaminating peoples food. unbelievable. When I walked in I said Gotta Refresh to be fresh....Lol. Trying to be nice. The short lady NOT Latino is very rude and acts... like she don't know what you mean by asking for the new Baha BEEF. She said we don't have any about 3 times before she finallysaid oh yeah that must be the roast beef an I said no, beef. So she finally said oh the steak an I said yeah it's BEEF !!!Really a smart axx an wouldn't recommend you going there. Also she said their is no new sandwich it's still steak an cheese andtheres no new bread it's still JUST white an wheat....... She also threw my veggies on there an didn't even try to mash themdown in the sandwich. When I opened it all the veggies was on the paper. Bad business. The Latino lady is much nicer. Read more
I agree that I only enjoys this location when certain people work. The short older woman who works here is great! Really makes... the food great. The service I got today 4/21/21 around 12:30pm was delivered by 2 extremely rude people. One made 2 sandwichesand literally threw them together. Mumble so I could barely hear her ask questions. The other lady acted like she didn't knowwhat I ordered. And was super sloppy as well. It's sad that you have to worry about who's on shift before you decide to getfood. Read more
I ordered and paid through the app and still had to wait as this location only had 1 poor elderly women working the dinner... shift. The sandwiches were not toasted as requested and were squished as if she was afraid of using more than 1 bag. My sandwichtasted delicious as it was very basic and couldn't be messed up but the others were a mess. Read more
The heavy set female with the bleach blonde hair who always states this is not her normal location has the crappiest attitude in... the world! She is so negative and very hostile. She offers no assistance as if you're bothering her when ordering food. Althoughshe's always eating whenever we come in. I have began to think we're bothering her to order food. She walks in that building toeat and collect a paycheck only! She definitely doesn't want to work. Nor be bothered by customers. I've loved this location foryears, but the past 2-4 months it hasn't been the same. I love the food but will find another convenient location. Read more
