Very unprofessional in the sense that they kept complaining that people were coming in when there were only 4 people and just... threw our food together. Cheese on just half my sub and when i asked for more i got charged double. My spouses sub barley hadany meat. Service was bad and food was too. Won't be back. Read more
What a Visit today was. Young man at the counter found it appropriate to cuss out his fellow employee (elderly lady) and then... quit and throw his gloves down. He came back in 5 min later telling this lady she is going to get fired because he told on her.When I stepped in and told him he already quit just leave and quit causing drama he called the cops on me. Everyone in the storewas flabbergasted. Cops arrived and I explained the situation. He was instructed to leave the property. Poor lady was in tears.Hire better people. Read more
Made a mobile(08/15/22) far enough in advance and get there and they say that the steak for my sandwich is frozen. So I have to... choose chicken and they no comment of being sorry for not properly preparing or for me having to get something else. As I waitedfor both my orders that which one wasn?t a steak sandwich order I had other walk in orders just over mine. As I waited for 4count them 4! Workers try to figure out what?s going on with the store two customers came in and told them they forgot aorder(very likely it happened with this group) the manager or what I assume was started yelling at these two teenager customersacross the whole store that they was laughing at them or something when she was making the order and touching her face with hergloved hands. All and all I?ve never had a real good experience with this store but it?s the closest to my home and when I needto get lunch for my work it?s sometimes the only option. They need real supervision and need a lot of improvement. Read more
I went in to get 2 subs for breakfast. A steak & cheese & turkey & cheese. Well apparently the night shift didn't do their job... last night to thaw the steak or my second choice of rotisserie chicken either. The lady who was working this morning made thesubs great & was good customer service, but the night shift needs to be trained again or not be lazy & do their job. Also thenight shift worker Hope wants to be a manager. If I were them, I might rethink that decision. Read more
We have lived in three states, and have always been big Subway fans. We don't eat meat, so we eat a lot of vegetables. This... Subway is the worst one we have ever lived by. Not only is it frustrating when employees are out front smoking, they get ouronline orders wrong almost every time. Tonight due to my son's sports, we needed a quick meal so I ordered here. When I went in,she said hey we didn't have any olives and ran out of onions. I said my son gets three things on his sandwich. Last time youdidn't have olives either, and we didn't know until we got home and opened his sub. She responded well it's not our fault. Youcan have a refund but you have to leave the sandwiches. I laughed and said I'll go buy olives. Little did I know how badly theymade the subs. One sub had lettuce that wasn't supposed to. One sub didn't have spinach. The other didn't have tomatoes. Andthey were completely just thrown together. I was embarrassed for them. The world is short handed, but you can still have pridein what you are doing. My husband runs a restaurant and when they are low on items, they go buy them. And customer service goesa long way. Read more
This place has seriously gone downhill. Missing major ingredients at lunch time, bread not cooked, seating area is dirty. We... told them the bread looked doughy and uncooked, to which the employee responded, ?its just fresh.? Manager wasn?t in the store.Couldn?t even finish eating the sandwich. The taste of the food was par. First I got there and there was a little bit of a line and I ordered a tuna melt, well she had... to go make new tuna because they were out. At lunch time? Then I get to the counter and they're almost out of potato chips and Iasked him if they have any baked lays around back and he says I don't know and leaves it at that. I mean what kind of customerservice is that when you're not even willing to offer to look? Then he asked me if I want a drink and I said yeah but it lookslike you're out of sweet tea do you have any more. He points to the container on the left and said yeah there it is, but therewas about a half inch in the bottom of the container and that's what he thought was satisfactory. If it hadn't been for theminiscule amount of lemonade in the container next to it then I wouldn't have even been able to get my cup 3/4 full. So add allof that on top of the fact that my food was not put in a bag and I was not given any napkins and I had to go ask for napkinswhich isn't a huge deal but it was just one thing after another. When we were eating our food we saw him and another lady in theback juggling tomatoes and dropping them all over the floor, reaching down and picking them up and doing who knows what withthem. I'm not sure where the manager was at but they needed some managing. Edit: I just came back a few weeks later and it wasactually worse. At 12:30 I walked in and all the seats were still on the table. I asked for a tuna melt which I get all the timeand the guy didn't know what it was. After I paid for my meal I turned around to get some sweet tea and it was empty. I told thelady behind the counter and she just looked at me and said oh it's empty? Yeah that's what I said... This is the third time I'vebeen in here and all the sweet tea is never made when I get here at lunch time. It's empty because it was never made to beginwith. Horrific experience. Walked in and an older female employee was yelling and complaining about everything you could think... of,basically working, hollering she couldn't handle the rush. Me and 2 other people were the rush. She ruined my sandwich bypiling 3 times as much marinara as needed. When I arrived home my subway wrapper fell apart from wetness and my bread wassoaked. Currently going to get food somewhere else and out 20 bucks. Stay away Read more
