stopped in to get the 2 for 5 deal on 1/4 pounders with cheese and i gotta say, some of the worst tasting burgers i have had in... a long time, as bad as wendys. everything from the bun to the cheese and meat, just didnt even taste like a burger. been manyyears since i stopped at sonic, was very dissapointed. the service was good, the waitress was very nice. those stars goes to thewaitress Read more
I normally don?t do this but was upset with the situation/order, we only ordered drinks. It was morning and a young lady came... out to take our order because the speaker wasn?t working. We only ordered 2 drinks. I waited 12 minutes and know other customerswhere there on my side and didn?t drive in as we were sitting there. I hit the bottom again so I can ask them about our drinks.A young guy came out this time to take our order. I told him if the situation and he said oh she went on break as though It wasno big deal that she didn?t take care of my order first or let him know so he can serve me. He brought our order out another 3mins later and i still paid for the $1.00 drinks. It took a total of $15 mins to get our drinks and know other customers pulledin. If I could have zero stars, that would be better. I made an online order yesterday for a large water with extra ice, wondering... why it was so hard to suck through I just figured they did me right by it being mostly ice. A few hours later, I go to refill myice and notice a wipe in the cup. The manager laughed at me, corporate offered me a coupon, I will never order from sonic again. Read more
