I have ordered from this place several times over the last year. The springrolls are good But I have never met staff so rude! I... did A call in order today and the lady literally told me to come inside to place A order bc they busy and hung up on meCONSIDERING i was 25+ mins away smh. They have the best Wonton soup and the portion size is very generous! I also love the chicken fried rice.
This place is a joke. I went with my wife, we were the only people in the building on a Friday night at dinner time, which was... already a bad sign. They didn't want to cook hibachi because it takes too long. If you don't want to cook something it needs tobe removed from the menu. We had already ordered drinks so I paid nearly $7 for the drinks and left. I paid money to not eat oreven take a sip of my drink. First and last time there. Read more
Our first time ordering from here- Kung Pao chicken, Szechaun beef, eggs rolls, and crab ragoons- all delicious. But honestly,... the egg rolls and ragoons are so delicious we could just order those to snack on! We found our go to take out! Read more
I have ordered from this place several times over the last few years. The food is good. But I have never met more rude staff.... Once I was on my way to pick up food when I was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. I planned to arrive 20 minutes afterI made the call. 15 minutes after the call, once I was already on my way I receive a call where I assume the owner was speakingto me. She was extremely rude and insisting that I am late picking up my food and how I need to get there asap. Absolutelyhorrible customer service. We ordered 2 plates. Orange chicken and beef with broccoli. Lunch plate came with soup. I had hot and sour soup. It was pretty... good. The chicken had a couple of pieces that were still pink inside. The beef was grey and slimy. I think it had been possiblymarinated for too long. We wanted to try a new place... So we did. Won't go back. Read more
It pains me to write this 1 Star review, but if I can stop one person from wasting their money then so be it. We have been LOYAL... customers for 3 years. The prices have gone up. I understand that prices for everything have gone up, but what I don’tunderstand is why the PORTION size has gotten so small. You use to get the black rectangle containers with clear lids FULL offood. Now the entree has downsized to a small round container with barely anything in it. We substituted rice for noodles whichcost an EXTRA $3 and the noodles were HALF full. I almost went up there! And to beat it all, the spring rolls are now the sizeof my pinky finger! That’s when I knew I had to leave an honest review with pictures. The food is nothing special! It tastejust like every other Chinese restaurant! I think their practices are unethical. Maybe if you eat inside it’s different, butordering over the phone and online is a waste of money. Read more
