There was no stopper in one of my drinks and the Red Bull infusion was flat and watered down. Not great.
I had the worst experience at this Scooters location!! My husband and I ordered 2 coffee drinks at the drive-thru. The girl at... the window took our card and immediately intimidated us by guilting us into putting a tip on our card. Why would you begcustomers for a tip at a drive-thru restaurant?? We felt swindled. Then I reached out to get our coffee the cashier was handingus and she spilled part of my husband's coffee on me!! It gets worse. She then blamed me for her spilling coffee on me becauseshe claimed I was reaching up for it when she was already reaching down. This women was terrible!!! I hope she gets fired soon.She was middle aged with brown hair and thin. She had a terrible attitude and tries to extort tip money from drive-thrucustomers. It's a shame. The coffee was really good. However, The sausage in my breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. I told the manager just so... she?d have a heads up, to potentially keep anyone from getting sick (I was not trying to get it replaced or refunded because Idid eat most of it). She responded with, ?There?s no way that could have happened?. I do not appreciate basically being called aliar when I was just trying to give her a heads up. Read more

Coffee is okay and I would order it again but I paid $4.55 for a tiny ciabatta sandwich that had half a piece of uncooked bacon... in it!!! I ended up throwing it away because I was pretty sure from the interaction this morning that I would be wasting my timeto try to get a refund! I should have read the reviews prior to ordering a sandwich here! Clearly their premade sandwich meatsare not being fully cooked prior to assembly! Do not order food here! Read more
