I am in Chattanooga but am always looking for good places to eat and don't mind taking a drive... I thought I had tried... everything in Cleveland so how did I only just discover this place that has been around for 5+ years? Who knows. 5+ wasted yearsof not eating here! The fried pork has a great tasting spice, the stewed beans, the sweet plantains, the Cuban sandwich... all100%! I knew I found a great place when all the others eating were all well known to the owners. Ill be back in a few days! Read more

Best Cuban sandwich I have ever had! You can also substitute the Cuban bread for a Puerto Rican sweet bread which is just as... delicious. Read more

Cute little place. The food was really good, authentic flavors. Reminded me of being back home in my Abuela's kitchen. The... service was really great. And they have sofrito which is really great, I will most definitely be going back for a snack and toget more sofrito! The photo is of the appetizer sampler. Our bill was $60 for the three of us. But we ordered WAY too muchfood. The owner even warned us the portions would be big. ???? You could most definitely eat and be very full for $10 a personincluding the drink. Read more

TLDR: it is authentic, it is delicious, and it is Puerto Rican, not Mexican. I grew up in the area and am Puerto Rican. My mom... would feed us this stuff as often as she had time and the right ingredients. It was pure coincidence that my family was meetingup back in Cleveland and my mom stumbled across this restaurant. We ate food for like two hours, and now I can barely walk (wegot waaaaaay too much... Just like when mom usually cooks). It was the best versions of all my favorites from childhood. If thisrestaurant had been here when I was growing up, I would never have eaten anywhere else. For those of you who don't know what toexpect from Puerto Rican food, don't be thinking tortillas. I would humbly suggest the alcapurrias, tostones, and any of therice. The prices here are ridiculously low for the quality of food you are getting. Also... This is not a good place to go whenon a diet! Read more
