Called in pizza was told 16-26 mins was still waiting 45 mins later manager on duty was very rude told me I called it in to a... call center. I ask if not on same computer system he said NO AND THEY DONT KNOW I HAVE 100 orders ahead of you!!! FAILURE inorder for it to work you have to be in same system!!! Or do away with call center!!! There was also several people thereaggravated as well because they were having to wait!! I would say GENERAL MANAGER RICK you lost a lot of business from yourrude attitude and the time it was taking to get your orders out on Saturday!!! Read more
I just told my wife today I cannot remember ever getting a badly made pizza from this location. Top notch service and food!

Food was ok. I ordered my pizza well done, & it wasn?t. They never cook it well done at this location if you check the box on... the app. AND. I will NEVER order delivery from the location again. First, they never read the instructions you put in the tinyamount of space they give you online. (*I ask them every single time, NOT to knock or ring the doorbell. They have rang/knockedthe 4 times I have asked them not to.) SO TONIGHT, I don?t even bother but still checked the ?leave at my door? box. He knocksthe first time. I give him some time to leave it & then after a minute check my camera, and he is still at the door. I yell athim to leave it at the door. I don?t know if he hears me or not. (AGAIN I checked leave at my door contactless delivery & itsays that on the box) he rings the doorbell 2-3 times and just lingers back away from the door every time. At one point I cansee the boxes are at my doorstep & he?s not at the door so I turn my carport light off signaling to him to LEAVE. & he STILLlingers for awhile. During this I try to call the store but it just gives me an automated voice message saying my ?order wasclose? & then hung up on me. This store really needs to work on its delivery drivers, because this was just weird. ALSO, I havehad delivery drivers call me before when they had a question. I?m not sure why he didn?t call me if he was so confused as to whyI wasn?t answering the door. I added photos for proof. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. It?s not that hard. Read more
Pizza is never prepared correctly, tried eating in and it was so hard because the gangster music was so load coming from the... kitchen area. This is definitely not a family friendly environment, no way would I ever allow my children listen to that music,it's a shame they were forced to while we ate. We didn't finish our meal, will never be back. Read more
Pizza was lukewarm at best and the topping had slid to one side like the delivery person was carrying it sideways. Order taker... talked like he was doing me a favor even accepting my order. This place and Papa Johns in general has went way down hill latelyand has lost me as a customer. Read more
Amanda was incredibly inconsiderate of loyal customers after 10 yrs of ordering here I might be done! After spending $50 she... would not even give us an extra garlic sauce. Put the wrong sticker on each box. So someone else ate my food. She is the only one who ordered extra sauce and they put the... extra sauce with my food instead of hers so on top of the sticker/label being wrong, the put the extras in with the wrong boxwhich made her think it was hers even more so. I can?t eat the one she ordered due to allergies. Not to mention it was floatingin oil and our food was barely warm. Quickly reminded why I never eat here. Read more
