I been there 3 times,service it's always not so great, I'm not sure if it's because we've been help by the same person but it's... just not good,she's nice I give her that but she takes the longest to go to your table to offer something to drink,then takeseven longer to bring the drink,when finally she gets my food I better not ask for anything else or she better not forgetanything from your order because you will finish eating before she will bring wherever you asked for or wherever she forgot, andtoday I order onion ring, when I took a bit there was onion skin from what Is trash,I told her and she say,"oh well I didn'tcooked it"i say I know you didn't, but I'm letting you know because this is not ok,and she say, "well that was the guy thatbrings our potatoes " idk what she meant by that but an apology at least would be nice,but nop she just walked away afterthat,so I know it won't matter but definitely not going back. 3 times there,3 times bad experience with her,the same lady. Hamburger steak was dry and tasteless. None of the staff seemed like they wanted to be there. Not rude, but definitely not... welcoming either. We chose this place based on the 4+ star rating while passing through town on a road trip. Would notrecommend. Read more
We order Old Fort for lunch nearly every month for our doctor office. The food is always fresh, good portion sizes, and the... staff are super friendly and work very hard to be accurate. Definitely in the top five restaurants in Cleveland, TN. Read more
Came here for breakfast with my family while traveling through Tennessee, and everyone loved it! The food was really good,... probably the best breakfast I have had in a while. It's all homemade and really delicious. The staff is the cherry on top, theytreat you like your own family and are so friendly. Will definitely HAVE to come back whenever passing by this area! They had tenderloin on the menu it was Tues. Basically they told my 75 year old father they couldn't make him an egg because it... was after 10:30 am. He ordered eggs and tenderloin. I guess if we had ordered Tenderloin and mashed potatoes and gravy withbiscuits it would have been a better experience, instead of asking for an egg to go with it. Read more
My husband and I decided to try Old Fort again (after a bad experience in 2018). This time, everything was GREAT! The service... has DEFINITELY IMPROVED. The food was yummy! You get a good sized portion of food for your money. We enjoyed it so much onWednesday this week that we went back on Thursday. We look forward to enjoying many more meals here. Read more
Not trying to be mean or nothing but only thing out of the plate that I liked was the kernel corn and I didn't like the mashed... potatoes cause they were still chunky and the turkey on the dressing just didn't look good at all I didn't touch it and themac&cheese was OK but it was just so bland. And when we asked for yams and broccoli and cheese they said they were out but therewas three other people that got yams and broccoli and cheese right after I asked. And we had a big table of 5 people and we allwere really disappointed with the food. And we had so high expectations since we had been there before. Read more
Always friendly service and great food. It's always an enjoyable experience eating here. And don't let the packed parking lot... fool you, there is lots of seating and they serve you quickly with a smile on their face. Read more
