Waited 15 minutes in line. Ordered ice cream and then another 15 minutes and still had not gotten it and were stuck behind 4... more cars. I pulled out and left, wasted 30 minutes. I'd suggest getting more staff to keep up with the demand. Read more
I guess 5:30 am is just a suggested time that they open. Multiple times I have tried to get breakfast in the morning and they... are not open even at 6:00 am. It would be nice if I could be late to work every day. Good job McDonald?s ???????? Read more
Like the one on 25th Street a whole lot better. U don't have to order by kiosk u actually have a person u can talk to the young... man was very friendly. It was very clean inside the restaurant. And yes I will return to that one and I would recommend thisMcDonald's Read more
Drive thru staff need to start offering condiments to customers. Its so annoying they give you the bag, and closed the window.... Make a better customer service. Read more
Worst drive through experience I have ever had!! I waited 45 minutes for my food and when I got it, it was ice cold!!! I work at... Panera bread so I am fully understanding when it comes to being short staffed? but while I was waiting in line I could seethrough the window where you usually pay and there were atleast 3 employees talking and laughing in the back not helping..thislocation definitely needs better management, possibly someone who cares about ticket times & the sales a little more. 30 minutes for a burger and 4 peice nuggets is ridiculous, weren't impolite, but extremely slow. Didn't put a bottom bun.
Service was a little slow, but they are likely understaffed like every one else. Employees were very friendly and kept me... updated about my food coming soon and them moving as fast as they could. Food was hot, drinks were cold, all correct. Wish theyweren't out of a thing I ordered but they're doing all they can. I appreciate the ones that showed up and were doing all theycould to get food out asap. Read more
