So, I regularly order here via the McDonald's app to feed my family some fast food every so often, and to put it frankly, we're... dropping $65 orders on these understaffed McDonald's employees. I have a lot of patience with what they're going through, andwhen it comes to the food, the speed, and the service, you can't tell. Sometimes it feels like we're cursed to get almosteverything wrong when we order out, but this McDonald's is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of ordering from. Food isfresh, hot, and served very very quickly, no matter the size of the line, time of day, or size of the order. I pray that thesepoor employees don't dread every one of my orders, because if they do, I seriously wouldn't mind them taking another 10 minuteswith my food, because they're unreasonably fast sometimes. 10/10 the whole way through. Always super clean and the service is always reasonable in timing
The food was correct and pretty good. The only thing negative about our visit today was the amount of time we spent at the menu... waiting to place our order. They are usually only running one of the two "ordering lanes," possibly because of staffingconcerns. By the time we were leaving the window with our food, the line to order was starting to wrap around thebuilding. They are currently looking for applicants to work day shift and closing shifts at this location. The notice saidflexible scheduling part-time and full-time. The drive thru experience we received was exceptionally great. the person operating the speaker/taking orders/collecting money... was very happy and very bubbly. The workers within seemed to be very focused and sounded as if they were all happy to be workingtogether and the person who handed us our food and drinks was polite and seemed to be happy with their coworkers and job just aseveryone else. It reflected a well managed and trained crew. Literally everyone at this McDonald's was working together betterthan most fine dining restaurants crew members. I really liked how they communicated after they handed the drinks through thewindow and by this I mean, they were sure to verbally prompt us about the status of our food and kindly waited for a responsebefore shutting the window even though it was raining on them and never lost their smile even when turning around. To me all ofthese things make the world's difference in great customer service because that is the environment that makes the experience of"fast food" feel better and more accepting than some top rated high end 5 star restaurants. Good food is nice but kindness livesforever in the hearts of those who care. I was in the passenger seat so I was able to soak in the atmosphere a little betterthan if I had been driving.
