My wife called ahead of time to see if they had any of their Halloween buckets left and the lady on the phone was very rude. We... went ahead and ordered our food on the app, when we got our food the fries were old and had black specks on them because theyobviously haven't filtered their oil. My wife's Big Mac was so cold her cheese wasn't even melted. My chicken nuggets were oldand just greasy AF. If zero was a option they would get it . Can't even make a simple meat and cheese burger. Went in 3 different times to get it... fixed for them to all be incorrect. The last one being a nun and burger like really ? It isn't that hard to put meat and cheeseand send it out. Read more
This place is a woke joke. The lobby doesn't stay open half the time. The drive thru messes our order up more times than not.... I went there tonight. I set in line for 30 minutes. Asked for the McRib with barbeque sauce on the side. They put it on one side... of the sandwich. Then I bought a basket of fries. They were cold. If you are suppose to close at 11 at 10:50 tell the people inline you are closed. Don't give lousy food! Read more
I ordered through the McDonald's app and paid via Google pay. After I got home from walking there and back to get my food, I... noticed that my pie wasn't in the bag. So I called and the manager I spoke with was VERY rude. She wasn't helpful at all. Wellafter a nasty experience on the phone with a rude manager I took about 3 bites from my Mcrib, and noticed a long black hair!! Iimmediately tried calling the store back, and couldn't get anyone to answer. I called 7 times and nobody answered at all. Theymust have called ID, because when I made the original call she answered after the 2nd ring. I'm very upset about the wholesituation.
