Stood at the counter waiting on the employee to ask me how can I help you or can i take your order. Waiting for him to say... something... I asked myself are you ready??? Yeah.. i order a pizza with pepperoni with mushroom and onion and one half withsausage. Drove home and open the box and no Onion on it at all. I called they said I would have to bring the pizza back up thereto fix it?? So after working 12hrs and driving home 15 min I have to drive back? That's not customer service at all. Definitelyshould of looked at the pizza 1st, actually they should of showed me before giving it to me haha Oh well horrible customerservice. Read more
Every time I order a stuff crust pizza and go pick it up, it is so gross, but if I go to the store and order it, it is good.... It's like if I'm not there, they don't care how they fix it. Service is pretty good for the most part. I don't have anycomplaints at the moment. Read more
Wanted wings, they told me no and they weren?t making any because they ?close at 9? (was there before 8 so there was plenty of... time to make some). What I did get to get out of my order was a decent pepperoni pizza and some underdone breadsticks. Read more
3rd time same order. Over 3 months for family birthdays. 2, 5 dollars pizzas. 1 thin crust extra crispy. 3 times under cooked... thin crust and chard overcooked kids pizza. 3 times called in. I offered to come in next day to show pictures but unless I drive14 min one way to bring them back and wait another 30 plus minutes for refire they can't do anything. Never had this problemfrom the others but this one is closest and the last time we go there. Very unfortunate and very unhappy kids. Read more

Ordered pizza and hot wings. The guy said 10 minutes. Sit there watching other people walk in order, and get pizza, and wings.... After 30 minutes l ask for my money back. It took them another ten minutes to give me a refund, and l not sure they did thatright or not , because they said if it's not put back on your card come back in tomorrow. Read more
