Really enjoyed dinner here. Had the chimichangas and loved them. Instead of one big log like most Mexican restaurants, these... were too smaller ones which really made a difference. Also a bonus, the salsa had a little more kick than the average. Likedthat a lot. The staff was really attentive and very friendly. Would definitely make the trip back up to Cleveland to eat again.They also own Maguey's in Ooltewah which we will try out also. Thumbs up. Read more

I had satisfied with my visit to La Fogata, nice restaurant overall, dining area, bar area Patio area are nice and large,the... tacos that I ordered were authentic Mexican tacos with high quality fish. We were originally going to the new cheddar's but that place had over 45 min wait. Instead we went to LA fogata. There was no... wait and the staff were friendly. The food arrived quickly and was amazing. Everyone ate well and was full. Over all priced weredecent for the amount of food. I had a burrito Mexicano. Again, everyone was very happy. As we were finishing I was alerted thatwe could have just then gotten at table at cheddar's. It was a good call to have changed to LA fogata and we plan to come backmore often now! Read more

Used to go here all the time. Honestly, used to be better. Service has gone downhill. Food was ok, margarita was pretty good. ... But I ordered small dish, they charged me for regular, then refused to adjust the ticket because "I'd already eaten it, (whichI didn't finish because I couldn't). I think I understand what the other place does better. They're just not what they used tobe. El Maguey on Michigan is my new place. Read more

Went to grab a bite before work due to having been before. Service,cleanliness,atmosphere,etc has always been 5 stars for me... here. It's a great place to bring my family, friends, sit outside, all around good place. Ordered a Jumbo burrito last night andit was basically filled with rice. Very disappointed! The Service still held its standards but the burrito(just burrito) didn't.I will definitely be back though because I understand things can happen. This is a great restaurant! I have to say, the food was fantastic! Very friendly and attentive. When one of our plates were pointed out to not have an... adequate amount of chicken, they were quick to resolve the problem. ???? If you want to sit outside, call ahead and make sureit's available. It was all lit up and playing music, but no one was working that area. Music was playing outside, but silenceinside. TV'S, but no sound ???? I really enjoyed the food but I don't want to hear other people chewing theirs. I look forwardto seeing these simple adjustments addressed. Read more

We enjoy this Mexican restaurant as food is delicious and staff is friendly. They make a good margaritas! We enjoy their... fajitas and chimichangas. I am sure there is other great stuff, but we have always enjoyed those. Also, the churro dessert is anice way to end your meal. We love to go Thursday for the margarita special! Love this place! Never over crowded and plenty of sitting room. The waiters and waitresses are quick to take your order and... have fresh chips and salsa waiting on you. Didn't take but a few minutes for our order to be up and the chicken, steak, andshrimp fajitas were so delicious! I always get the same thing... only because it is so good everytime and festive also!
