I'll give you at least 2 stars since the crystals that were fresh were actually amazing but at $15 for a sack of crystals I... would really appreciate it if six out of my 12 crystals weren't stale with the consistency of a rock. That's completelydisrespectful. I throw 50 lb sheets through a machine for 10 hours a day and you can't give me 12 fresh crystals. Thanks Read more

I WAS a huge fan of Krystal but after this last time, I'm done. Changed their ff snd they are awful. This store was closed do we... ate in our cat. When we were done, there was no place to throw out the trash. I knocked on the drive thru window and theemployee verified no garbage can and she could not take it. I asked what I was to do. I don't know what happened to Krystal but our meal was absolutely disgusting! I've never had such horrible food-like substances... here before. It didn't look, taste, or smell like Krystal. Everything about it was bad, even the buns, they were crunchy, dry,and brown. The tots were white instead of golden, like they were old and had been lost in the freezer for a long time.Seriously, everything was bad. Several long time items had been removed from the menu, such as corn pups, and many items havebeen changed. The poor staff had not been trained well either. We inquired about one of the sale/promotion posters in the windowand they were completely clueless. This experience was shocking and left us not wanting to come back. Read more

3 stars because i do crave krystals from time to time and they have their good days. But i order the chik combo with 2 chiks and... sprite and fries and even asked for one extra chik because ive been craving them. I had a very long day at work and it was lateso i didn't double check the bag. I get home to then see they gave me someone elses order. And i mean its krystals... so myexpectations are never really high. But when i pay for something that i have paid for and was craving i mist say im genuinelyupset and very annoyed and im sure the other customer that got my order must also been upset and annoyed they didn't get whatthey ordered. And im pretty sure my order was more expensive then the one i was given which is even more annoying. Whats ironicis the man at the window even CONFIRMED my order before handing me the WRONG BAG.
