I?ve been wanting KFC for a few days now so we finally decided to go get some. We tried the other night but after sitting at the... speaker for 10 minutes and being told ?give me one minute? when we were the only ones there we drove away so we were skepticalabout our second visit to begin with. Today they took our order fast but never once asked me about what sides we would want.Just assumed we all wanted fries with our meals. Left out a whole kids meal. And then when we get home we find out they put COLDapplesauce on top of HOT MAC N CHEESE AND CHICKEN IN THE KIDS MEALS. SO THE APPLESAUCE WAS COMPLETELY SPOILED. THAT CANT BE HOWTHEYRE SUPPOSED TO DO IT. ALSO, they put my COLE SLAW on top of my Mac n cheese and it was hot as well. Very disappointed. We have always had quite a good experience when we go to KFC. The only thing they forget most times is my chocolate chip... cookie... and that's generally the part I like the most a small little treat to finish my meal and satisfy my tummy. Read more
This store has done a complete turn around in the last few months. Workers always look presentable (hat on, shirt tucked, name... tag) Candice always makes my visit pleasant when I go to the drive thru.
