I came probably 15 minutes before they closed at 9 bc I assumed like Moy restaurants they closed at 10. The girl was nice... enough to let me order at closing and I was extremely grateful because I was craving hibachi and there's really nowhere elsearound here yet to get it. Anyways, she takes my order and knocks off a few bucks which I guess the manager told her to do. Ifigure at closing it's not going to be super fresh but what we got was really really awful. Burned and definitely not hibachi. I asked for extra veggis and I got sume raw carrots ad broccoli with some chicken shreds and a huge pile of brown burnt rice. All she had to do was say they were closed but they seem to have wanted to make another $30 no matter what it took and thoughgiving me the scrapps was the best way to do it. Next time, lock your door and save yourself an upset customer that willdefinitely never return. Read more

Went for lunch and the owner and a waiter got in a screaming match in front of everyone. Went back again thinking well sometimes... things just happen. It happened AGAIN! Went back a 3rd time and the owner screamed at me because I wanted to omit something inthe dish I ordered. I?m convinced these people are not emotionally stable. Don?t go here at all if you want an enjoyableexperience. We loved their food but the environment is way too toxic. Read more

DISGUSTING customer service! Old white man yelled at me when I told him something was wrong with my food. He had a very smart... attitude and tried to make me feel dumb about me coming back and explaining what was wrong with my food. How hard is it to fixsomething? He made a scene in front of a room full of people. What a terrible terrible person. What a way to ruin someone?s day.I don?t know how this place is still open when that man literally yells at his customers. Also called me entitled when I askedthem to just redo my soup because it spilt everywhere. His co worker had to step in and tell him he is a 53 year old man yellingat a young girl. I will NOT ever go back to this horrible place! Also why wouldn?t I go back when I paid $20 for my food and itwas ruined. He is rude, disgusting, nasty, horrible, terrible, just a bad person. This place either needs new employees that canactually talk to people in a nice way or just shut down in general. Terrible place. Disgusting. Learn how to handle yourattitude. Read more

Two stars for sushi experience. I've tried it twice. First time, the rice was old and dry. I've never had this happen before... and can't believe it made it out of the kitchen. I returned it and left. Second time was several months later for pickupbecause I thought maybe first was a fluke. Ordered tempura shrimp roll, spicy tuna, and rainbow roll. All are not good at allas compared to other sushi places and same orders. Don't do sushi here if you're used to good sushi. Read more

Daughter LOVES this place. Gets tofu pad Thai no egg and medium spice. We have never had a problem with an order. Freindly... staff. The only con is it is on the expensive side. Read more

Food was mediocre. I'm from Colorado and used to very fresh ingredients and high quality Asian cuisine. This food was a bit... greasy, hardly had any meat in it, and soggy. The bean sprouts were limp and the noodles a little overcooked in the pho. Thebroth was tasty. They had a special sauce to add that was like a mayo that was very tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Priceswere reasonable I would eat here again just not my favorite. Read more

Amazing pad Thai. I'm not sure about the hibachi food here, but the pad Thai is some of the best I've ever had. Great level of... spice, sweetness, and flavor. The service is good, and the food is usually out quick. It's also easy to order take-out. One ofmy favorite places to eat in Cleveland! Read more
