I don?t ever do reviews on anything but I just ordered the ?Big? double burger and each patty is just a touch thicker than the... onion and not even as wide. There were also topping missing that I ordered with the burger. If I am gonna be charged the sameamount as other restaurants the quality should at least be close to comparable but now I?m down the money I spent and am stillhungry. I will definitely be spending my money elsewhere next time. Read more
I?m not one to write a review which should say something. Stood at the walk up window for 45 minutes while the kid with the pony... tail working 10-5-2022 at approx 11:30 talked to his friends and gave them free food. He also had a smart mouth and stated ? wewill get your order?. Eventually.? The person who ordered ahead of me waited 20 minutes to receive their order due to pony tailboy sitting in the back doing nothing. Great overall experience, if he worked for my company he would have been fired yesterday. Read more
Not worth it. The fries I got were stale, burnt, and cold. There was barely any pulled pork in the plate. And the slaw was just... a soupy mess. Read more
I have never been to a drive-thru resturant where no matter how simple the order is they NEVER get it right. McDonald's isn't... even as bad as this Cook Out. The brand itself is pretty good and the food is good. However, at all cost avoid this locationunless you just want someone else to decide what you are eating! Read more
The absolute worst experience I have ever ever had at a restaurant especially a cook out they are usually better . First if all... got the wrong utder if food . Okay I couldn't find my receipt. So I just reordered it and paid for it again ok . Well when wefinally got the right order no silverware ... My husband ordered a ranch chicken wrap ..plain plain plain . They got nothing correct except 1 drink and some onion rings. I was charged extra for things I didn't get.The chilli is horrible... ???? and the burger looks like it's from the freezer section in the grocery. It's way to expensive for what it is. In the last couple of months this location has gone downhill. It?s so hit and miss with their employees, and seems to be an... issue with them actually understanding what someone is saying through the speaker. After plenty of messed of order tonight wasthe final straw. I ordered a cheddar style burger with added ketchup and jalapeños. They got the ketchup and jalapeños butcompletely left out what makes a cheddar style. We ordered chili cheese fries but came with a small spoon of chili. Also ordereda chicken ranch wrap and received a bacon ranch wrap. It?s become such a hassle to order here. Read more
