I think the food is okay. My wife and I both got steak burritos, chips and a drink for $40. The chips were so stale I couldn't... bite through one of them. You'd think for that much money you'd get better quality. The floor had food all over the place. Read more
Food was fantastic. Everything was a little pricey, but that is a corporate issue, not something this specific store can... control. Facilities were clean, food was hot, service was fast and great. Definitely eating here again. Read more
Not gonna lie if I could give this less stars I would. Quite possibly the worst chipotle I?ve been too. First time we tried it,... I ordered guacamole and when I got home it was almost black. Absolutely disgusting and pretty much rotting. The pic I havedoesn?t even show how awful it was. My order was also completely wrong as I ordered a bowl and a burrito double wrapped and got2 bowls and still charged for an extra tortilla. We decided to give it another try tonight, same disappointment however thistime it was the almost cold and chunky Queso and stale chips. I think the worst part is that it wasn?t busy both times and thatshould have been our sign. I would have rather waited in line at dos bros which is why we went to chipotle this time anyway. Read more
Being from out of state I am very familiar with Chipotle. I can confidently say the food was good, they didn't skimp on... anything. It twtates like Chipotle should! Staff was decently friendly. Looks like they have grown out of their "growing pains" Read more
Had to run back in 3 times to get my order right. Asked for black beans on the side like 6 times. Got charged guacamole that i... didnt get so i had to get refunded, and still didn't have my black beans so i had to run in a last time. I felt annoying. Itslike you tell them something and they don't hear you. They did give complementary chips but i had to ask. All in all it tastedgood but the rice wasn't hot and everything else was pretty good. Hope they can step it up. Some workers didn't seem like theycared or knew exactly what was going on, while I still wish them the best cause i love chipotle. Maybe some are new, buthonestly if you do it all day how long does it take to get good at serving food? Hope it gets better. Just my first experienceat that one. I was celebrating my two year anniversary, we decided to come here since it was new. Big mistake. We both caught food poisoning.... I was glued to my bed or a bucket for the next day. Definitely killed the mood that night. I'm never eating there again. How canyou have just opened and you already ate getting people sick? Read more
Paid 15 dollars for almost no rice only meat cheese and tomatoes and didn?t get any of the extra topping that was paid EXTRA... for. Dos bros is cheaper and they actually give you what you pay for. Place just opened and Already doesn?t care about thequality of the product. Meat was dry and had no flavor. The little bit of rice there was had been undercooked and crunched whenyou ate it. I don?t want to give any star for this review bc tastes bad! Missing sour cream, no fajitas, dry rice, and cold so so salty.... They messed up my orders.
