This is the first time I'd ever gone to Chick-fil-A they were not as friendly as they normally are. we pulled up to the... drive-thru and told the boy who walked up to us that we had a mobile order and told them the name and he said just pull aroundand we waited and we got to the window or the door thing that they come out of and the girl said what was the name for yourorder I told her the name she didn't say anything else she turned around about 30 seconds later grabbed the bags walk to thecar, handed them to me I said thank you, she turned around and walk back in never said another word to me Read more
The line was moving nicely but then the pickup in front of me had a large order. He just sat there waiting while the staff... continued to deliver meals to at least 6 cars behind me. I couldn't move out of the line as the cars were beside me waiting inthe order line. Why was this person not asked to move to a specific parking spot to get them out of the way and keep the linemoving? Plus when I got home discovered the guy who took my order got it wrong. Read more
Wow--actually not crowded at lunchtime! Second surprise: all Chick-fil-A play areas are closed and being removed. So prepare the... kids if they're looking forward to that! Picky's Recommendation: definitely worth the extra drive if you're passing thru townalong I-75 and the one just off the highway is packed. Only 5 minutes further off the highway with easy in and out.
