My most recent experience here was rather bad. My cheeseburger didn't have any cheese, the bun was so stale & hard that I... couldn't eat it, the hotdog was green-brown, & the chili was off. I want to Thank every Employee that was here tonight. Today's date is 10-29-22. The time was roughly between 9:30pm-9:35p.m. out... of all the places that this strip of Cleveland let alone places open to grab food worth folks money and gas in lines. This placewas fantastic. From the order taker, cooks, service and most importantly the folks "working" that actually work these days inour time were absolutely fantastic in every way. I pulled to the speaker and a very friendly and nice voice came out withwonderful friendly understands of me take a moment to look over the menu given the fact this was only my second time here.Pulled to the window and just wow. I'm over the top with everyone here tonight. I asked the gentleman in the window how manypeople are working. And with that I gave them all a Thank you plus a friendly exchange of thanks from a customer. You guys werefantastic and worth a 10 star view!! ???????. Also my dinner was hot and very enjoyable.
